Exposure Lab sells a digital licence key, delivered instantly by email and on screen after payment. Because delivery is immediate and the key unlocks the full product, this policy is simple and honest about both directions.
You paid and no key arrived. If payment left your account and the key is not on the success screen and not in your inbox within an hour, including spam, write to us. We will resend the key, or refund you in full, your choice.
The key does not activate. If a valid key fails to activate on your device and we cannot fix it within 48 hours of your email, you get a full refund.
The tool is materially broken for you. If, within 7 days of purchase, the tools genuinely do not run on your device, and we cannot get them running, we refund in full. Tell us your device and browser and give us the chance to fix it first.
A key that has been activated and works as described is not refundable simply for change of mind, because the full product has already been delivered and used. Beta labels and the AI-generated, photorealistic nature of the imagery are stated before purchase, so neither is by itself grounds for a refund.
There is no subscription and nothing renews. A key is a one-time purchase that does not expire, so there is nothing to cancel and no card on file with us.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Cashfree, our payment provider. They typically land in 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
Write to [email protected] from the email you paid with, with your order reference if you have it. A person reads it, usually the same day.
