Exposure Lab is an independent product, so there is one door, and it is a real one.
Write in for anything: a payment or key problem, a refund, a bug, a data request, a feature you wish existed, or to tell us what Light Lab's Beta got wrong. Mail is read by a person, and support questions are usually answered within a business day.
Two things solve most key problems on their own: check your spam folder for the delivery email, and make sure you are activating on the device you want to use it on, since a key binds to one device at first activation.
