This policy covers exposurelab.app and the Exposure Lab tools served from it. The short version: we collect the little we need to run a trial and deliver a key, we never see your payment details, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for advertising. Ever.
Starting a trial. We ask for your name, email and country. This is stored in our records so we know who tried the tool, and it is where we can reach you if you ask us to.
Buying a key. Your name, email, and phone go to our payment provider to create the order, and your email is used to send you the key. Payment itself, card, UPI, or netbanking, is handled entirely by Cashfree Payments on their systems. Your card or bank details never touch our servers and we cannot see them. Cashfree's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.
Using the tools. Your licence key and trial state are stored in your own browser's local storage, on your device. We record a single event when a trial runs out, tied to the email that registered it, so we can tell a finished trial from an abandoned one. We do not track your clicks, your settings, or what you do inside the tools.
We send transactional email only: your key when you pay, and a welcome note when you register. Delivery runs through Resend, an email service, which processes your address for that purpose. We do not run a newsletter and we do not hand your address to anyone else.
The site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The tools use local storage on your device to remember your licence, your trial time, and which welcome screens you have already seen.
Trial and purchase records are kept while Exposure Lab operates, so your key can be honoured and support questions answered. Write to us and we will delete your records, subject to what payment regulations require us to retain.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion, at any time, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within a few days, from a person, not a system.
